I hate it when people glamorize the clinically depressed.
“Today is such a Marilyn Monroe day.”
“My life is a Sylvia Plath book sometimes”
I never heard people use those exact terms before but I have seen people glamorize depression itself and it annoys me to no end. Depression is not a synonym for sadness. Depression just has sadness.
